I am pure awareness.

You are pure awareness.

This is a deep and immovable truth.

But right now in this moment, we may have forgotten that reality.

Moments of pure awareness quiet me as life arises in different forms. It is peaceful and wondrous.

Until we begin to rest as this pure awareness, it's invaluable to have transmissions from teachers who abide there.
