Preciousness

We are absolutely, infinitely, eternally precious.

If I could infuse one truth about reality into people's consciousness, that would be the one.

Because every day most of us forget the truth about our preciousness.

We forget that we are a unique manifestation of the Divine, in a body, with a mind, on a planet, having a journey.

We forget that we are infinitely lovable no matter what is happening.

We forget that we are made of love, that we are a precious, personally adored and integral part of the creative life force.

In those moments when we forget, we feel separate, small, unlovable and alone. It is a painful and confusing body-mind experience that feels more real than any truth we have known before.

The farther away we get from the truth of our being, the more we suffer, the more exhausted and lost we feel and and the more we begin to believe the insistent messages of doubt and hopelessness from our minds.

This healing room exists for those moments of painful forgetting. It exists to help you remember, even in your moments of deepest doubt and skepticism.

Who you really are is here right now.

When I look at you, I see you in your presence. I don't see your beliefs or your judgments.

I see your radiating presence, the crown on your head, the glow of your heart.

I see your preciousness.
